Pizza Making

Join us for a fun, hands‑on pizza‑making session perfect for children, young people, and their families. This relaxed event is a great chance to get creative in the kitchen, learn new skills, and enjoy time together in a supportive, deaf‑friendly environment.

Everyone will get to design their own pizza with a choice of tasty toppings — then watch it bake before sitting down to enjoy it with friends old and new.

Our team and volunteers will be on hand throughout, with British Sign Language used and encouraged so all families feel included and confident.

What to expect

• Make your own delicious pizza from scratch
• A friendly, accessible environment for deaf children, children of deaf adults, siblings, and parents
• Time to chat, connect, and meet other GDCS families
• Fun for all ages — no cooking experience needed

This event is open to deaf children, their siblings, children of deaf adults, parents, carers, and families.
